The real Italian food and its characteristics in the Mediterranean Diet
Why the Real Italian foods

This section of the site help you to understand the culture of the real Italian food.
You can not understand the culture if you do not eat Italian food really Italian.
When we do not eat a pizza just flour with baking powder, some salt seasoned with tomato, basil and mozzarella cheese, but eat a piece of Italian culture.
We hear a lot about Italian cooking, but often the principal ingredients do not have the true characteristics of the true Italian food. Take for example the oilio. Italy is one of the largest producers of oil in the whole Mediterranean area. The sun, clean air, lush hills and the proximity to the sea of the Italian countryside are the ideal place to grow high quality olives.
From here you have to start to understand that a good Italian pizza can not really be over if you do not add the real Italian extra virgin olive oil.
The difference is noticeable in the mouth. It is important to have the Italian label, but make sure the true origin of Italian products.
How many times have we eaten in Italian restaurants just because the owner is called Tonino, or Mario. We are confident that we are really in their kitchens Italian ingredients? All this we do not know, but we feel a particular taste when the food is truly Italian. A plate of pasta with tomato sauce is definitely the best way to find out.
The pasta should be cooked not too cooked and the tomatoes must issue a unique scent.
When we go into a restaurant ask only products actually Italian. Our mission is to defend the "Made in Italy" worldwide.
